What We're Learning:

Reading:  We will learn about cause and effect with our story, "Tara and Tiree, Fearless Friends". 
Spelling: We will be focusing on words with r-Controlled ar, or, ore, and oar. Our spelling test will be on Wednesday, October 30th.

Writing: We will begin learning how to write a friendly letter.

Homework:Complete and sign fluency passage "Max Can Fix It". Don't forget to read it twice! Study and review spelling list. Spelling words can be found on the weekly newsletter and the Read Review Remember Sheet in your child's red Take Home Folder.
