• Friendly reminder: Please study the spelling words with your child nightly. Playing review games, writing the words with fun markers, or taking a practice quiz are all great ways to review! 

What We're Learning:

Reading:  We will learn about cause and effect with our story, "The Bremen Town Musicians".
Spelling: We will be focusing on words with an a, ai, and ay vowel pattern.  Our spelling test will be on Thursday December 12th, 2019. This will be our last spelling test before winter break!

Writing: We will begin writing a persuasive letter. 
Math: We will create, organize, and represent mathematical ideas related to addition and subtraction strategies with independent work centers.
